Meeting in Springer Science-Business Media 

On April 15, by the invitation of Springer Science-Business Media, the RA MES SCS Chairman will leave for the Kingdom of Netherlands to attend the Library Advisory Board Meeting, to be held in Amsterdam.

Russian-Armenian Innovation Center in Yerevan

Within the framework of the founding forum of Russian-Armenian Center on Innovation Cooperation in Armenia, launched on April 15, an agreement on the opening of Russian-Armenian Innovation Center was signed in Yerevan.  The Center has it as its aim fostering the integration processes of the two states’ economic cooperation through the enforcement and extension of innovation component.

Round Table at “Azatutjun” Radio Station  

On April 9, the RA MES SCS Chairman S. Haroutiunian had a round table discussion with the representatives of public organizations in science sector organized by the “Azatutjun” radio station.  

Lecturer Khachik Gevorgyan, the Founding President of Armacad Association (Armenian Association of Academic Assistance), and Arsen Gasparyan, the President of the public organization “Young Biologists Association” were among the participants.

Investigation of the Bottom of Lake Sevan to be Put on Scientific Basis

On April 13, the RA MES SCS Chairman received  Araik Navoyan, adviser to the RA Education and Science Minister, as well as Stefan Kojaian  and Klod Tulumjian, the representatives of Marcel Undersea Archeological Research Group and Marcel Divers and Researchers Center.
